Customer Returns

Rehype offers a convenient 30-day return policy, allowing you to get a full refund for purchased items. Follow the steps below to initiate a refund.

Login Log into your account or activate your account as a guest user.

Orders Navigate to the orders section in “My account” and select the product.

Select Select the reason for your refunds and how you wish to ship the item/s.

Ship Download the shipping label and ship the item.

Payment Receive a refund within the next 14 days*

(*) For repair requests, processing times of up to 7 working days must be expected. After the repair, the device will be sent back to you.
