Device Condition

We classify our selling model into four conditions, whereas our trade-in model is classified into five conditions.

Like New

The "Like new" condition describes a device that is in perfect condition and, apart from the low price, shows no difference to a new device.

Very Good

The condition very good describes a device that can show slight signs of use like small superficial scratches. However, there are no breaks or damages and the device is fully functional.

Good

Devices in good condition, show normal signs of use. There may be some scratches on the device, but they are only visible when the device is turned on. The device is fully functional and has no breaks or damage.

Acceptable

Devices in acceptable condition may have deeper scratches or dents on the casing. However, technically the device is also fully functional and works like new.

Defect

The display, back cover or frame may have deep scratches or dents or cracks.
